Terms of Use

These terms apply to use of this private Irwin County criminal-record reference resource. By continuing to use it, a visitor accepts the limits, prohibited uses, third-party conditions, and legal provisions stated below.

NO FCRA USE. This private website is not affiliated with government and is not a consumer reporting agency. Neither it nor its advertising partners offers a service for credit, employment, tenant, insurance, or another purpose regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

1. What This Website Is

This is an independent reference service, not an Irwin County or Georgia agency. It does not store official records, conduct official checks, retrieve case files, or submit filings. Its role is to identify government custodians and link to outside tools that may assist lawful research.

2. Rules for Using This Site

Users must obey federal, Georgia, and local law. They may not stalk, threaten, harass, unlawfully discriminate, interfere with the service, seek unauthorized system access, run scrapers or bots, or use information for a credit, employment, housing, insurance, or other FCRA-regulated decision.

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

No information from this site or a linked tool may be used to intimidate, threaten, stalk, harass, or discriminate. Georgia Sex Offender Registry information exists for public safety, not vigilantism, and misuse can violate Georgia law.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

No consumer report, credit report, or background-screening product is created here. Data from the site or a linked service must not be used to evaluate creditworthiness, insurance, employment, housing, licenses, permits, benefits, or any other matter regulated by the FCRA. A legally required check must come from an authorized official or FCRA-compliant source.

5. No Legal Advice

Explanations of Irwin County record access are general information. They do not address how a charge, conviction, warrant, restriction, or sealing rule applies to a person's situation. Consult a licensed Georgia lawyer for legal advice.

6. No Warranties

All material and functionality are supplied "as is" without a promise of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, uninterrupted service, security, or error-free operation. Linked search results may also be incomplete or wrong. Court and agency records can change after filing, dismissal, correction, restriction, or sealing, so official verification remains necessary.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

External courts, sheriffs, state agencies, legal organizations, advertisers, and search providers control their own content, availability, privacy rules, and charges. We are not responsible for those services. Review the destination's terms before using it.

8. Intellectual Property

Text, graphics, logos, and code belong to Irwin County Criminal History or its content partners. They may not be copied, distributed, altered, or reused to create derivative work without prior written permission.

9. Limits on Our Liability

To the greatest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from use of the site, inability to use it, reliance on its contents, or use of an outside service reached through it.

10. Indemnification

A user agrees to defend and hold us harmless from claims, demands, proceedings, fees, and costs caused by that user's conduct, misuse of the service, or violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law

Georgia law governs these terms, including applicable principles reflected in the Georgia Fair Business Practices Act, O.C.G.A. ยง10-1-390 et seq. A dispute concerning use of the site must be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Georgia.

12. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be revised by posting a new version here. A revision becomes effective when posted unless the page states otherwise.

13. Cutting Off Access

Access may be suspended, restricted, or ended at any time and without advance notice.

14. Severability

If one provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The affected language is limited only as much as needed to make it enforceable.

15. Questions

Questions about these terms may be directed through the Contact page.
