Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
Terms entered in a search tool pass to the outside company that operates it. That provider processes the query and supplies its result; we do not keep or log those terms on our side.
Messages and Contact Submissions
A message sent to us may be retained long enough to answer and maintain the exchange. It is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is legally required.
Data We Gather Automatically
Normal server operation may record a device's IP address, browser and version, operating system and device type, referring page, pages viewed, time spent, and page-view timestamps.
Cookies and Analytics
Small files and analytics services help measure traffic, popular pages, and where visits end. Browser controls can block cookies, although some functions may then behave differently.
What We Do With This Data
Collected technical information is used to operate and speed up the site, route requests to a selected partner, understand which material visitors use, diagnose errors, and display advertising that may reflect inferred interests.
No Criminal-Record Data on File
We do not compile, maintain, or sell a personal criminal-record database. The site explains how to reach Irwin County courts, the sheriff and jail, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation's Georgia Crime Information Center, and the Georgia Sex Offender Registry. Official access is governed in part by the Georgia Open Records Act, O.C.G.A. §50-18-70 et seq., and criminal-history dissemination rules in O.C.G.A. §35-3-34. Visitor data is not assembled into a consumer report, and this site is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA.
Third-Party Search Partners
An outside search company processes information entered into its tool under its own privacy policy. Its retention, sharing, price, and security practices are not controlled by us. Review that provider's terms before submitting a query.
Links to Other Websites
Links lead to courts, sheriff pages, Georgia agencies, legal resources, advertisers, and search services. Once a visitor follows one, the destination's privacy rules apply. Some advertising companies may use their own systems to measure activity across websites.
Who Might See Your Data
Personal information is not sold. Limited information may be available to analytics services, advertising networks, a search partner handling a submitted query, or a government body responding to a valid legal demand.
How We Protect Your Data
Reasonable, commonly used security measures protect information in our control. No internet service can promise absolute security, however, so a breach or loss can never be ruled out completely.
Users Under 18
The site is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under eighteen. If such information is identified, a deletion request may be made.
Your Data Rights
Georgia's Fair Business Practices Act, O.C.G.A. §10-1-390 et seq., and other law may affect privacy or consumer rights depending on the circumstances. Subject to applicable law, a person may ask what personal information is held, request correction or deletion, or seek to opt out of certain processing.
Updates to This Policy
A revised policy may be posted on this page when practices change. The displayed effective date identifies the current version.
